It's a good day!

Absolutely delighted with my weigh in today down 4lbs. I'm at the halfway mark now , that's a loss of 7.2lbs in total. This has given me such a boost. I wanted to change my eating habits, still enjoy my bar of chocolate & wine at the weekend. I really don't think I would of staying focused if it wasn't for this forum. My daughter passed her driving test as well today so it's being a great day😃

Thank you IndigoBlue61 I really couldn't of doing it without this forum, it keeps me motivated, last two weeks the scales didn't move but I'm eating so well & enjoying my food now.
