Hey everyone. I just wanted to tell everyone one simple thing.
Love yourself.
Its easier said than done. But love yourself before anything else and let that motivate you through your weight loss and health journeys.
If you use hate and despising yourself as motivation you will spend so long negatively reinforcing yourself that when you hit that number on the scales you were hoping for.. You will still feel unfulfilled and still not feel happy about yourself.
Use self love, self care and ultimately self respect as your drive. Give yourself the time, dedication and patience you deserve. Change yourself to be a better you, not a different you, because there's nothing wrong with you. And whether you lose a pound, gain a pound or don't even go anywhere for a while you can still feel good about yourself.
