Day 265: Not So Fast.

Had to forgo the 3 miles run and opt for 2 instead. I know when my body tells me to stop, I've ignored it enough and lived to regret it, so I listened and only did 2. Hopefully back to 3 tomorrow. Doing well eating too, no rubbish, just nice, healthy food! Stay strong and stay safe.
