Good and bad day today. Good in that I have run two miles and done a lot of school work. Bad in that I have had 2 beers and a Macdonalds. No more takeaways from now until half-term. Hopefully that will help to ween me off them and on to more healthy foods! Stay strong.

You’ll have to work out how many cals in a two mile run and how many in two beers and a MaccyD! You’ll just have to runanother 24 Miles Sean and you’ll be quids in 👍🏽 😂😂

Hahaha! It probably will be 24 miles per Macdonalds. Still, that's what I'll do over the next 9 days as I've upped the milage to three miles a day. Hopefully that will help shift a bit more of the dead weight.

It’ll go if you stay focused Sean it has to. I have finally got back to 12.12 this morning. This was weight I was down to before I went on holiday it’s been a hard slog though. Took a week to get the five pounds off. We might go away again in October if it’s dry and before the weather really turns cold.. I wont go daft with the wine and salted nuts this time though.

A mate took me for a good ride yesterday right on to the tops towards the Yorkshire Dales so there were a lot of hills to climb. Worth it though great views from the top and a really good work out.

We’re dog sitting at the moment so a long walk along the beach and cliffs before breakfast

Have a good day

Hey Jeff,

So brilliant that you got rid of 5lbs in one week! That's incredible! We have a dog but no life, so walking the dog has to be fit in around planning and marking. We are also hoping to go away in October but will have to wait and see if we go into a national lockdown or not...hopefully the latter.

It must have been amazing walking those hills. I also run a professional photography business too, so taking landscapes is something I love doing. To live near the Yorkshire Dales must be amazing. I envy you!

`Keep going and I hope you enjoyed the cliffs and beach!
