Hi. So I am new to this. I Joined last night and today was my first day. I started off bad by not having planned my meals in advance and running late for work so I ended up only having time for a coffee for breakfast... as lunch time approached I debated whether or not to run to the shop for something but I decided that it was my own stupid fault for not planning so decided to have some berry muesli with natural yogurt for lunch with a few slices of pineapple I managed to grab from the fridge this morning. For dinner I was bit more prepared so I had some lovely home made veggie soup and some seeded toast. The only naughty thing I had was 1/2 a cookie that my 2 year old daughter made for me at nursery so I didn't have the heart to turn it down. Over all a good lesson in preparation and not a bad day calorie wise as I only had about 900 calories today!

Well done for sticking within your calories Bianca1982 but aren’t you hungry? That doesn’t sound like enough food to me, I’d be starving!! Lol 😊
Have you had chance to read all the Newbie Information? You’ll see that going to low isn’t recommended 😕
I hope you have another good day tomorrow, but please have a little more to eat, the biggest single cause of weight loss failure is hunger.

HI Anna61 and Honey10. Apart from being a bit hungry at breakfast I compensated by making sure my bowl of muesli and soup was massive so was fine after lunch but I agree that I definitely think I should have had more fruit today. I will make sure I stock up on fruit and healthy snacks in the future.
Good evening Bianca, sounds like a busy day for you.
I also wondered if you eating enough, don't want your body to go into starvation mode. I would have also had homemade biscuit if it was made for you, i had small slice of chocolate cake my niece had baked the other day. I like the sound homemade vegetable soup.
