Hi, I see that you found the weigh in but didn't post your start weight there. You wouldn't have known but it closes at 9. When you catch up with the Saturday team next week, you can give an update
As for exercise, it has so many benefits but isn't nearly so important for weight loss as what we eat. Walking is great and free and you can do it anywhere. I hope your back eases up.
Edit: when you're on the weigh in, you Reply to the host, you don't Write, or you create a new post on the forum. If you follow the link I gave you for Pinned Posts, you'll see that the second post is FAQs and that explains it well
Sorry I don't know what I am doing on here it's comfusing at the moment but will get used to it in time just takes me a while, I had a good day yesterday and I even refused chocolate my hubby had x
You're doing OK - especially if you're refusing chocolate
The weigh in, Daily Diary, book club, DrinkLess club, Fit is Fun etc are all separate posts that you will find in Pinned Posts. It's worthwhile browsing through them so here's the link again healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and have a look at the Welcome Newbies post which is first on the list.
When you want to join in any of those activities, you read the opening post where all is explained, then click on Reply to (host's name) Leave a comment.
If you click on Write, you're writing a new post on the forum, not joining an activity.
Hi if you've got a bad back don't worry about exercise for now - it only make a small difference anyway. It's mostly about keeping the calorie intake under control. Good look. Keep us updated
