Completed W1 this week, first run of W2 today.. Pretty excited for it, which is something I thought I'd never say.
Weekly weigh in day I've put down as Sunday, but as I'm running today I thought I'd weigh this morning as I've heard the build up in your muscles can be heavier.
Anyway..... 2.4lbs lost!
I'm so happy with that. 2.4lbs gone forever in just 6 days. I wasn't expecting that much to be honest, as all the running, I thought that building up my muscle would outweigh the weight lost, but it hasn't.
W2 R1 today, wish me luck!!
