Well, a slight misnomer, as the egg didn't get scrambled, but just fried 🤣
I fried the veg first: cabbage, asparagus, onion, courgettes (from the garden), marinaded tofu, spinach, garlic. I did the egg in a separate pan then served it with some snipped dill on top and pinch of salt & pepper. 🥗
Looks amazing. I would have guessed that was a poached egg.
I think fried and poached are vastly superior to scrambled, especially with a still somewhat liquid yolk.
Don't apologise. You have created a better dish than it's name suggests.
Lovely! I have tried to grow dill and it won't, and then I tried to get Sainsburys to deliver some and they had run out! I shall consider your veg for our dinner tomorrow as we have the same things coming off the allotment (except asparagus mmm)
