Hi and welcome, moonrise81
It sounds as if you had a super time in Norfolk
I see that you've been posting on the Healthy Eating forum until now. This may help to keep you aware of where you are healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
As a slightly more mature lady, you may find these interesting healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and healthunlocked.com/api/redi...
All of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and I hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.
If you haven't already taken it, here's a tour of the forum healthunlocked.com/?tour=true
We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.
Wishing you all the best
That's lovely.
I think a Michelin starred meal would be close to most diets. Not to many carbs, portion control, eaten at leisure to allow satiety mechanisms to function.
I hope you enjoyed, and welcome....
It was lovely and thank you, they do however fill you up with some crusty beer bread and very yellow butter – delicious
Ah, the last time I ate at a Michelin starred restaurant, it was at the height of the molecular gastronomy craze; all eucalyptus foam and snail porridge. No sign of anything as recognisable as bread and butter.
😂
Great hubby! I'm putting Norfolk on my travel list as a must do.
