My first day today! So far so good! I’m trying low carb and cc. Evenings are my weakest point when the kids are in bed it’s usually treat time for me 😫 where do I find the daily diary’s? Hope everyone’s had a gd day 👍

When the children are in bed why don't you spend some time finding your way around the site. Follow all the links you've been given. I suggest you use the website as opposed to the app until you know exactly where you want to go. Here's the link for Wednesday DD. It's just opened.
Hi Ella, if you are eating low carb, make sure you are eating good fats as well. They will keep you satiated and far less likely to pick in the evenings
You need to find yourself some non edible treats. Do you have a hobby? Find things to do that keep your hands busy, or paint your finger nails. You can't eat whilst you wait for the varnish to dry. You could also try cleaning your teeth when you put the children to bed, the taste of toothpaste will put you off eating. Or maybe it would be a good time to take a book and have a nice long soak in the bath

Hi Ella4321 welcome, I'm only on this a week myself... The evenings are the hardest for me too! I am trying to be good with my calories during the so I can allow myself that something nice with a cuppa in the evenings... It gets me through the day lol xx
Hi Rosie03, thank you for the message. Yes evenings are defo my hardest time of the day. My trouble is once I start I don’t stop so I’m really trying to stop that habit😬 How are you feeling in your first week?
First week went grand prob because I am still feeling motivated lol everytime I am tempted to pig out I try to remember the reasons why I am doing this and how awful I feel once I eat crap. It's not easy and I'm well aware there is going to be hard days at times but I just take it day by day at the moment.
