New to this but it looks a terrific motivator, there are some real inspirations on here. Day 1 of week 1 and aiming to release myself of 14lbs!! Upping my activity and going for a walk at lunch.

I've been here almost a week and it really is so beneficial coming onto this forum, I come on at least everyday for a while (I WOULD REALLY LOVE AN APP).
Everyone is so supportive and it's also reassuring knowing that you're not alone in this!

I just joined too, I read loads of people's lunch suggestions to someone and thought "Wow, how can any of you guys be overweight with what you eat?" I checked my calories for the day today and they will be a massive 2097, I don't even consider myself a big eater or an unhealthy eater, if you are someone that can adopt these lunch suggestions then you are a super human Newbie!. I think I may need to take up serious exercise instead this all sounds like some form of modern day torture to me, good luck Newbie!. Sophie.
