I have posted how my weight has been over last few year’s. I’ve always enjoyed my food and been heavier than should be but but not bothered wasn’t until my family said I was big I decided to lose some weight was 118 kg and wanted to get down to 95. At my heaviest I was off work as had ankle surgery. I hit my target and went a lot below and maintained weight until I then went on a ski holiday and damaged my knee.Had surgery in October and decided this year I wanted to lose the extra weight had put on

I use the lose it calorie app and Apple Watch for exercise I find both work well together

I don’t wanna lose any more weight as I’m 6ft 5 tall.

Keep it up everyone it’s not easy but it’s worth it when you try clothes on my 36 in waist shorts won’t stay up without a belt now.

I did get frustrated last year as wanted to lose weight and couldn’t as was on anti anxiety tablets and what ever I tried the weight wouldn’t shift or a lot less than was before. I choose what I eat now trying to look for the lower fat option. Exercise is the best form for stress and anxiety.

Well done what an achievement 💐

I still have pig out Weeknd when don’t worry then eat normal over the week. My best achievement is not having booze since end of April. You definitely think recording everything you eat helps you keep on the correct path. Hope it going ok for you

Yes I agree. I’ve given up booze and am calorie counting too. It’s going slowly but in the right direction 👍👍👍
