hi all, i really need some helpful tips in order to help me loose weight.. i suffer from pcos and since i put on a load of weight my symptoms are really bad.. i feel the only way to help ia to loose weight i am slowly loosing it but then i put it back on and then i give up...any ideas greatly appreciated :)

Hello, finding something that suits you personally is probably the biggest challenge. Maybe it could be useful to start with exploring what gets in the way and stops you from being successful. For me little changes work better. If I do something drastic like an extremely strict diet, I stick with it religiously for a little bit and then everything collapses and gets much worse. But replacing a few food items with healthier ones, or having something that is not good for me less often - those things don’t feel like a big change, but over time bring positive result. I have used the LCHF approach by eating fats you don’t have the hunger cravings you have when you’re using calorie control and eating carbs. Slowly increasing exercise and building muscle and fitness helps too. I need to remind myself I am not going on a diet I am changing my diet to a healthy way of eating. I am always going to eat like this.

Good luck remember you are doing this for you and your long term health and happiness if you waver or struggle with it keep tweaking till it works for you
