Before lockdown I had managed to lose 50lbs in weight. Joined slimming club. Joined a gym going 4-5 times a week. I have regular treatment every two months for a disability allowing me to be more active. All stopped. Weighed myself yesterday I’ve put on 35lb since March when lockdown started ☹️.

This lockdown is being horrible for our physical and mental health.
I’m glad we are going back to normal. It’s not in the speed we would like, bit at least we survived.
I’m new here and also gained a lot of weight since March. Let’s work together to solve this. \o/
