chubby 2019.perhaps your losing visceral fat and because you can not see it it might get you down give it time plug on and do not despair.best wishes
Hi chubby it’s early days and you have made a start. You’re doing something right because you haven’t put weight on. I am sure some of the lovely admin team with more knowledge and experience than me will make some good constructive suggestions. Good luck
Hello chubby2019, the first weigh in is always the most embarrassing. I started last Thursday and although too early for significant results yet, I feel so much better for eating healthily. Hang on in there.
Hi just seen your post, my starting weight was 15st 1lb as well, have lost 7 1/2lbs in 3 wks, which is ok but wanted more. I am following LCHF and IF. What eating plan are you doing?
