Basically, this is going to be a two meal deal: A Chocolate Cherry Smoothie for Breakfast followed by two hours’ work in the Vegetable garden followed by a 9 km walk, and then Supper: a multicoloured Coleslaw & 3 bean salad. My immediate goal is to break through the plateau where I’ve been for the past 48 hours and to power-down for a safe Landing on Planet 230 by the end of the week.
My medium term goal is to to return to orbit around Planet 210, which is my previous low-point, achieved way back in October, 2016. Right now, I’m on a roll, mainly because of this filthy pandemic. Besides avoiding infection with SARS-2 CoV, I’m determined to remove the additional complication of my two co-morbitities: Obesity and Hypertension. Intimately, I want to reduce to a weight consistent with a Body Mass Index if less than 23. But now, my immediate goal is to get through this day successfully and to gobto bed tonight knowing I’ve done everything I can to stick with my program.
