It occurred to me today, as I got up not wanting to exercise at all (having had an awful night's sleep) that before I new it I had finished. I didn't think about it, I just got on with it. The same happened for the rest of the day and that's when I knew that I had beaten motivation - I had a routine, a habit and motivation was now something to help me push myself in areas I hadn't been working on! This is what I reflect on today.
