As promised (more to myself than anyone else) that I would start my weight loss and better body program today, I am so happy to report that I have indeed made that start!
I taped up my knees and did some exercise. It was hard and I had to stop a few times because I'm very unfit, but I finished all 57 minutes of it. 👍🏽
Yay!! I'm so happy,😁 I've been putting if off like forever. I just had to do it and take that step. Mondays are always a great time to start anything so, I mentally prepared, did my body measurements, printed 8 weeks of meal logs and told everyone, so no backing out and Ta Dah!
I'm feeling super confident right now and hope these good feelings continue.
