So it's not particularly low-carb, but I just fancied some refreshing fruit this evening.
It consists of apple, small apricot, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries plus a dollop of peanut butter scattered with toasted seeds. I eat it with that tiny dessert fork (pretentious? moi?) as it seems to make me eat more slowly.

Went to bed hungry and awoke at 5-ish Hank Marvin, so I had two boiled eggs which did the trick.
I need to ensure that I'm eating enough fats at each meal. Yesterday, as I'd quite a substantial lunch (BBQ veg, halloumi, salad, hummus), I tried to be abstemious in the evening (plus I wasn't that hungry). However, it ultimately ends up being counter-productive, so back to the drawing board!
As fruit goes (re sugar content) it is not too bad, as mainly berries and apple. Pears would also be okay. Avoid the more tropical ones like banana, pineapple and mango. The added peanut butter and seeds are good too!
