I would suggest you take yourself along to Topics and have a look at the recipe section here. You could also have a look at DietDoctor, they have some lovely recipes and I can guarantee you won't get bored with your food

It wouldn't matter if you ate vegetable soup by the bucket load, as long as it didn't contain high carb veg and pulses
You are not going to find much about that diet here. Almost everyone is doing some form of calorie counting/portion control or low carb high fat.
The CSIRO (a government backed scientific research organisation) in Australia promotes a high protein, low glycemic index diet. That's probably your best source of recipes.

Thank you. After reading more about this I've been trying to eat more natural fats. Quite tricky as I have to change mind set. Have you got any good links for starting out? Thank you again
