Day 124: Sleep, Habits and Apps.

My sleep has been really affected by lockdown. Maybe it's because I have been drinking more tea and coffee, maybe its the stress of the lockdown, maybe it's something else? that's something I reflect on today and I also look at the apps I am using to help me on my journey and how my habits are forming to keep me going.

Thanks for the name check in your blog 😁I think it’s a good idea limiting the timeframe for caffeine. I found this online “Due to the long-term effects of caffeine, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine recommends that you don’t consume caffeine at least six hours before bedtime. So if you go to bed at 10:00 p.m., you should have your last round of caffeine no later than 4:00 p.m.” I stop drinking coffee at 2pm to make sure it won’t affect my sleep 😴 Best of luck with your sleep😊

Evening Sheperdess, I had to really as it was such an inspiration for me. To see where you'd got to made me understand that I can also get there! I have definitely got to cut down and drink decaf from maybe 4pm. Hope you sleep as well as I want to!
