Reduction of my massive portions

More fruits & vegetables

9am to 6pm meal window

Multiple Minute Movements throughout the day

Less fats in food prep

For every negative thought that pops into my mind like “what’s the point of this you’re a born fatty” it’ll be followed by a positive one like “......I’m worth the effort”

Remember fat is good for you in a lot of food! Sugar is the bad guy!

I like the positive thinking. I am so cruel to myself about my weight, but it's a way of being a victim rather than stepping up and doing something about it!
