2nd 30 mins distance unknown Less pain in some areas more in others
3rd 1 hour 5 miles Walked about 3/4 mile during.
4th 29 mins 3 miles walks some of it.
Having not ran in a while and not being able to use a app currently it’s not perfect but a start!
Unfortunately I won’t be able to weigh myself but I would like to be able to weigh myself and be under 100kg the next time I do it. I have been eating healthy and trying to kick the fat out and the fitness in.
This is now a life habit than a life change.
