Good evening everyone. A day spent raising my heart rate doing housework today. It's amazing how much of a workout an untidy home can give to you. I wonder how many calories you burn doing 3 hours of ironing? Off to France tomorrow morning with my year 7s, so it should be an interesting week!

Oh yes housework is so good for keeping moving and even putting the washing away can be active. Hope you have a good day in France and all stay safe 😁
