Day 187: A New Start

So I started exercising again today, and I loved it. I only write a few lines on here about it, but the blog post tells you more about the day and how I feel and what I eat. I record my daily eating on MyFitnessPal, which watches my macronutrients to make sure I am getting the right amount of carbs, fat and protein. Did I say I also write a blog? The link is below. I come on here to share my day and hope that others will read it and will be able to link it to theirs and it may even help them.

Enjoy your journey. Stay strong, stay safe.

Harsh and uncalled for I think 🙄

I wasn't promoting my blog, I was answering some who say I don't write enough on here, so trying to point out that I write on my blog rather than here. I don't ask anyone to read it, nor to use it or like it. I point out each day what I'm writing about and if you want to read it you can, if not...don't. Like JG, I don't know whether you're saying if you knew what it was about you would never have read it. If that is what you meant, before I point to the new blog post I always say what it's about. Perhaps try reading that bit first, maybe. Good luck on your journey.

Hi Wordsworth2. Enjoyed reading your post although I don't agree with you about the wind! Give me a calm hot day anytime. There is always somewhere to explore and it is amazing what is on your doorstep. Glad to hear things are getting better and must have given you a lift with the fitness test results. Thanks for keeping me going too. I have had a much better week 😏

Hi Journalgirl, glad you enjoyed it. It really is amazing what you find on your doorstep when you look. The fitness test results did give me a boost, but I also know I was shaking during the press-ups, so I still have to watch what I am eating to make sure my muscles aren't losing mass whilst I lose weight. Something I intend to read up on today. I'm so glad you've had a good week and calm, sunny days have their place, but the wind is really nice when you're walking in the sunshine...keeps me cool! lol. And thank you also, your support always means a lot to me and also keeps me going. I hope you have a great day!

It sounds like you’re really getting back on track 👍Well done. The couple of days exercise break per week should help with your fatigue too. You do seem more upbeat this week which is wonderful. Enjoy the “summer“ weather 🌬

Hi Sheperdess, nice to hear from you again. Yes, I am much better and am having 2 days a week where I have a day away from everything and a day where I increase my calories to 2000 and exercise a little more than other days. I'm also cutting down on exercise (apart from walking) to 4 times a week. Hope you're having a good week also.

Well done Sean you've stuck at it a long time. I relaxed my eating when family came this weekend so I've another pound to lose just to get back to where I was. But that's fine I'm feeling a lot more confident with it now. You sound more confident too. So you've found out you're fit ! That's brilliant all that exercise is paying off. Good luck with your new eating programme. I enjoyed you blog about healthy foods too thanks for sharing.

Kind regards

Jeff

Hi Jeff, I'm glad that you, too, are feeling more confident, and a pound will come off with little effort so I'm sure you'll do it. I'm trying some new recipes now, so i might blig about some of them soon. Good luck on your journey and thank for your support.
