So I started exercising again today, and I loved it. I only write a few lines on here about it, but the blog post tells you more about the day and how I feel and what I eat. I record my daily eating on MyFitnessPal, which watches my macronutrients to make sure I am getting the right amount of carbs, fat and protein. Did I say I also write a blog? The link is below.
