I'd never have thought that I would last this long. So many times I've started and given up, gone back to takeaways and alcohol, sitting a d doing nothing. It's been hard at times and there have been lots of highs and lows, but I'm still going and I'll get there in the end no matter what. I also want to take this opportunity to thank all the people that have read my blogs, my posts, and supported me during my journey so far. It's impossible to say how much it has helped, but it absolutely has. Thank you.
Hi MMP1, thank you so much for your support! Any step forward is still a step forward regardless of how big or small, I certainly agree! Good luck on your journey!
I love reading your posts and am inspired by your honesty and determination. I've always fallen off the tightrope but every time I get back on. I learn to manage my eating problems as I know I will always struggle and they will never go away. Looking forward to reading your blogs too 😁
Hi again journalgirl. Thank you so much for your continued support and for reading the blogs. I hope they are in some way helping you as much as writing them is helping me. I am sure that your struggles will only last until your lifestyle changes and, with each time you pick yourself up and keep marching on that trail to your goal, it will become easier. Keep going and stay strong!
Hi Green26, I totally agree. I never consider what I am doing dieting, because I believe that diets are a short term thing that won't last. I believe that eating healthier and aiming for a healthier lifestyle will give me the results I need and will also give me the strength to keep going. Habits are definitely a good way of doing that and I hope that you will enjoy your journey and win your personal campaign. Good luck and thank you for your support!
You've come such a long way. That's amazing. I've started over so many times that I've never actually reached day 60. But I want this time to be different. My very first goal is actually to continue for 30 days, even if i binge, no do-overs.
And you'll do it. You know there may be fails along the way, but you also know that it's a learning exercise and understanding what led up to it and not making the same mistakes. It's a continuous campaign with battles won and lost. Keep going!
