Evening healthy people, been struggling today, as I always do on a friday. It seems the relief of hitting the weekend weakens my resolve and makes it hard to resist temptation. Have to think of strategies to help with that one, methinks! Do you have a day like that? Here's my thoughts.

I hope you all have a great weekend and a good weigh in for those of you who, like me, are part of the Saturday slimmers.

Stay strong. Stay honest!

Yeah at work we have Fat Friday treats. This week was tiger-bread, croissants, assorted jams, Phili cheese, chorizo etc meats. I couldn’t resist the bread n cheese this week.

We are also having a Wellbeing Wednesday - lots of delicious fruit to choose from.
