Well today shall be low carb as possible, so far 14 for breakfast. I was well over cals and carbs yesterday although all good food weighed and tracked I had some Dark chocolate and felt a bit bloated last night, first time since I started so....the fat upped the calories to.
For lunch today I shall have some veg soup OR smoked Salmon salad, and fish and veg and fruit salad this evening and full fat yoghurt, but watching portion s carefully as well as my high carb fruit intake.😱 As it’s rubbish weather out 39 mins on treadmill watching something interesting. 👀👀👀 Now off to dry my hair 🙄🥰🥰🥰🥰
