Hi I’ve been trying to lose weight on and off for about 10 years. Since hitting 50 last year I just can’t shift it. My middle is getting rounder and my thighs are getting fatter.
I walk regularly, I’ve started spin bike, it’s just not moving.
I’ve done ww and sw... and numerous other “diets” in between. I’ve cut portion sizes, eat lower carbs, less fats, make my own foods, and it’s just really getting me down.
I attended Everyone Health for 12 weeks which was great, but now I’m stuck........
