Day 16: Time.

Evening all.

It's been a long day and often I find it hard on really long days to do all the things I normally do, let alone time to wrote on here, blog, look up links, exercise. It's hard finding time.

This is something I reflect on in my new post.

I hope that everyone has managed to find time to do everything they wanted and needed to do today. Eat healthy, exercise and stay strong.

That's an enjoyable read! And I can most definitely relate to TIME! Although I only work part time I have to juggle house chores, the pets, exercise and the kids in my time around work. Plus I am trying to study web design to get a career that pays well once my kids are more independent.

Its tough and some days I win and other days I don't. My study is usually the thing that falls to the wayside. I need mental energy as well as physical time to do it and sometimes the days are just to chaotic.

I like to schedule and plan and that helps! Time for TV or browsing the net certainly has had to be reduced! It is far too easy to get distracted and for time to disappear! Plus watching TV makes me want to eat! So I only watch TV during my planned meal times.

I only had extra time this morning as I had a good sleep and woke half an hour earlier!

Glad you enjoyed it. Some days are definitely harder than others. It sounds like you're doing well though! Hope you continue and get to where you want to get to. And hopefully keep reading and find the help you need to stay motivated and find the time to do all you want.
