Day 7: tired and full of cold.

Morning all,

Its lovely having the students back today, but not so nice having a cold and sore throat. Colds don't help you to have a very good night's sleep, as I found out last night. So tired this morning.

Still, eating fruit will boost my vitamin intake and hopefully get rid of it faster than I normally would when I wasn't eating healthily.

Here's to another day of your journey on the road to a healthier and happier (and slimmer) life.

Stay strong.

It must be difficult being a school teacher and being full of cold. Children get sent home but teachers have to carry on. My DIL works in a school not as a Teacher but the main person in the office. Take care 😊😊
