I'm trying to navigate myself around but can't seem to find the Wednesday weigh in, help please???

Hello Good70,welcome to this amazing forum. I'm still new here, I suggest you spend some time clicking about to find your way round. It's easier if you have a lap-top as there are several threads.

I've had a look and the pinned post for The "Wednasday Wobblers" weigh in it hasn't been posted yet. You will find that it opens at 9.00pm on Tuesday and closes at 9.00 pm on Wednesday.

Have a good read of the pinned post “Welcome Newbies” and follow every thread.

You will find the pinned posts to the right of the home page or at the bottom ,depending which device you are using .Just click on the title.

I strongly suggest you read and contribute to the Daily Diary and participate in a weekly weigh in.

You will find there's loads of tips about better eating, from other members. Sharing your daily menu not only helps you, it can help other members too.

Hi there, I'm a Wednesday wobbler!! So welcome! The coming weeks page hasn't been posted yet, but if you look back you will find previous weigh in posts, I think if you scroll right down to bottom of page you can find 'older' posts

The Wednesday Wobblers weigh-in will be open for 24 hours from 9p.m. UK time. You'll find it, and lots more besides, in Pinned Posts and this is where you’ll find them healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

I recommend the Daily Diary, where members share their meals plans and discuss choices.

I don't know if you have a plan in mind to help with weight loss but if you've heard that it comes down to 'eat less, move more' this explains why this often fails us psychologytoday.com/us/blog... My recommendation would be to eat real food, home cooked, avoiding processed foods - and that includes anything labelled low fat or light or diet as it's all heavily processed.

The forum is set up for sharing information and support so, wherever you go, please chat, ask questions and encourage others: that way, we share the support around. You’ll meet some wonderful people along the way who will be happy to share their successes and their struggles😊
