Don't know where to start
Hi Rego35, welcome to this amazing forum. I'm still new here, I suggest you spend some time clicking about to find your way round. It's easier if you have a lap-top as there are several threads.
Have a good read of the pinned post “Welcome Newbies” and follow every thread.
You will find the pinned posts to the right of the home page or at the bottom ,depending which device you are using .Just click on the title.
I strongly suggest you read and contribute to the Daily Diary and participate in a weekly weigh in.
I've joined the Daily Diary every day for about 2 weeks, I plan my menù,post it and chat to others about our menùs. I've found that it's been very helpful in keeping me on track. I've even managed to lose a little weight on the way.
You will find there's loads of tips about better eating, from other members. Sharing your daily menu not only helps you, it can help other members too.
Good luck I hope to "see " you around. xx
Hi and welcome, Rego35
Many of us arrived here thinking we knew the correct foods to eat and the ones to avoid, only to have our beliefs turned on their heads. You may like to have a look at these phcuk.org/wp-content/upload...
If you eat the correct foods, then your body will be able to reset itself and will tell you when you're hungry and full healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

All of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and I hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.
We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.
Wishing you all the best for 2020
As moreless has mentioned, the ideas of what is 'good' and 'bad' are being turned on their heads. If you read through the links and maintain an open mind and a willing to try on new ideas, who knows, maybe there'll be a different outcome this time.
Good luck Rego and a Happy New Year
Welcome! Well you know you can do this. I'm not really into food planning...perhaps my biggest issue? But I'm using a couple of apps to help me. Couch to 5k. Brilliant! A water drinking reminder and also I am sober. To keep me dry through january. I find they keep me on my toes. Good luck x
