I’ve hit target before I long time ago I’m the most unfit and unhealthy I have been, I want to change that today I’ve had enough I’m 54 pounds over weight and totally misrable and had enough I battled with depression and food is my scape goat I need real help and going hungry just does not work! I need to make a change and find a healthy balance and reach a healthy weight! X

There is absolutely no need to go hungry when loosing weight.

Welcome. You can absolutely do this. Don’t change everything at once. Take one week at a time and implement new healthy habits gradually. Be sure you find your personal calorie range nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-we... not the generic 1400 pr day for women. It’s way too little for most of us. Don’t focus on speed. As long as you are moving in the right direction, you are doing the right thing. And do join a weekly weigh in day.
