Hi and welcome, Garob :)

For myself, I made sure I was able to go that period of time without feeling ravenously hungry and I did that by following a Low Carb High Fat way of eating. After a short while, I just wasn't hungry in the morning, so stopped eating breakfast and I didn't need snacks. We have a forum for 16:8 and other forms of (Intermittent) Fasting.

Weight loss is not all about motivation and masochism - if you "slim smart" it is not so hard!
