Struggling to get the mind set to loose weight. I know my weight is taking a toll on me body chronic lower back pain and struggling to breath but even though I know I have to loose the weight I can’t stick to a food reduction regime.

If you read those, you'll see it isn't about food reduction, which can be so miserable, but changing what and how we eat. Take some time to read them today and let me know what you think.
