I'm sorry to hear you're having such a struggle. I've just joined here recently, I've only lost 1lb in the first week but that was just making a few small changes to what and how much I'm eating.!

I hope you find the support you need here. Persevere as the forum can feel hard to navigate at firsr but read the links you get sent and things soon get clearer.
