Hi and welcome, Hunniebunnie :)

The best alternative to skimmed milk, is whole milk, which is much better for you. Have a look at these healthline.com/nutrition/wh... and phcuk.org/wp-content/upload...

Thank you, I will give it a try. I was thinking of Soy as I’m trying to eat healthily but keep my calories under control as well. I need to lose 3 stones so realise this is for the long haul.

Whole milk is healthy, only choose soy if you prefer it :)

Hiya really depends what you are looking for, if you are looking for dairy free products, I love unsweetened almond milk and rice milk. But soya is good too, it’s a bit thinner in your tea but is good on oats and cereal.

Sorry, but yuck to soya milk! If you like a milky cuppa, fresh, whole cow's milk can't be beat!

Not what you're looking for?
