Wow, that's a lovely looking tea - all those colours!!! Tasty ingredients, and I hope you really enjoy it! I really like poached eggs, I think they are my favourite way to have eggs!

yes it was good just need to find away to make the fitters stick together better so i can turn them over

Add egg white? It's very gluey if you add it to things like potato cakes/veg fritters etc. Before poaching the eggs, crack them into 2 small bowls and pinch a spoon of egg white from each one for your fritter mix. Sorry if that makes more washing up though. It all looks delicious by the way :)
