Week 5: 10/11/19
current weight: 13 stone 13 pounds
I've started back at slimming world and am happy that I have stayed the same rather than gained, but of course i want to lose the weight. So I've combined slimming world with the my fitness pal app, because I think that it's still possible to over eat on slimming world. I've been consistently doing HITT work outs at home as well this past week, I'm thoroughly enjoying them but they can get quite challenging at times. All in all I'm not quite were I want to be right now but it could be worse.
