No rain here today! Surprisingly despite the weather warnings for Britain it was blue sky today! But so SO cold!! I wrapped up extra on the school run but still felt freezing! And then at work I just went mad and had a biscuit binge out! Two chocolate digestives and two Jaffa cakes! So silly and I knew I wasn't even really hungry so I don't know why my willpower was so weak! I am sure it was a combination of the cold, and of extra pigging out at the weekend for my daughters birthday and maybe a bit of old habits seeking extra comfort eating in winter?
I know I will get back on track! Just disappointed in myself for giving in so easily today! But nobody said maintaining was going to be easier than losing weight!!

Yes I felt the cold today ❄️ The heating is on tonight. I really feltl like binge eating on chocolate the last couple of nights. it’s definitely the change in the weather making you feel like comfort eating.
Don’t be too hard on yourself, you’ve done amazing loosing 6 stone, you must be super proud of yourself.
Tomorrow’s another day, draw a line under it and start again.
I am glad it isn't just me then! I am going to have to have a think about working around this new challenge? I don't get an official break at work so after breakfast at 8am I don't get to eat again until dinner with the kids at 4pm. I could try holding out and having my breakfast at 8.30pm to see if that helps?
It was like a major announcement in our house last night saying to my family ‘the heating is going on’ Hubble nearly had a heart attack when he saw I had put the temperature up to 25 degrees.
Favourite part of my day - dressing gown on, granny blanket out and curling up with my 2 lovely doggies x
Definitely craving heavy carbs I had a really yummy meal of mussels in white wine yesterday and had for the side not only a French stick but fries as well 😬🥺 probably took away all my hard work at the gym this week but we find out the damage on Monday weigh in.

Tell me about it! And to make it harder I have to serve lunch meals and desserts to everyone whilst having no lunch myself! We are allowed left overs which is why sometimes I break my diet and end up having something I shouldn't! But mostly I'm used to it now and am good lol
Now that I am only 15 stone (95kg), 15% body-fat, I feel the cold.
It was 13 degrees Centigrade in my sitting room yesterday evening - and I did boost the heating, and I boosted it for a couple of hours this morning in my spare bedroom/office.
I "normally" fast 14:00 to 10:00, but I have to eat to keep up to my target weight, so, when I feel cold and hungry, and I am below my target weight, I have an afternoon snack.
It is time to give up my Summer duvet and use the Winter one.
