The TOOLBAR is the row of symbols at the top of the screen

My feed (formerly Home) shows you a list of the latest replies to posts on all the different forums you belong to.

My Hub, shown by 9 circles, takes you to a drop down menu where you can select which forum you wish to view. If you select Weight Loss Support you will get to our forum Home page, (with a picture of the tape measure)

The Chat icon (with a paper aeroplane now) is where you can send and read Private Messages. (Including your welcome message that you receive when you first join a new forum)

And the final icon, the Bell, is where you can select a drop down menu to see all your notifications and responses from other members.

Please note that the ‘Home’ and ‘Posts’ pages look very similar. See here these links for further information on navigating the forum
