I've just discovered this site and hope it will help me to keep on track and lose some weight. I know what I should be doing but usually lose incentive after a short while. Hopefully this will help me to stick with it.

I would, like lucigret , start by asking why you lose incentive after a while. Perhaps what you have been doing isn’t something that fits with your lifestyle? Made it impossible to be social/go out with friends? Perhaps you have been too restrictive? Perhaps you have felt hunger?

Tell us a bit about your previous attempts at weight loss, and we may be able to offer some suggestions.
