Why not find the Daily Diary and post your menu there. You will get lots of advice. Please don't be afraid to eat full fat mayo, it much better for you than Low Fat

Thank you Lucigret, I'm finding this hard to navigate. Been to Slimming World on occasions so am ingrained with the no sugar no fat which is hard to break! After an initial spirt my weightloss stops and so do I!!
Are you using the whole site on a laptop/computer or are you using the App? If you are using the App, I would suggest that you get rid of it and use the main site. The App doesn't cover everything.

Many people have used SW here, including me. I think if you can change your way of eating to Lower carbs and full fat foods - no diet or low fat food, you will find that you will feel full longer, won't need to snack, your food will be far more tasty and your weight will shift steadily.
