Are you Intermittent Fasting or on a Low-Carbohydrate, High-Fat diet?
Eating or drinking less might work - or cutting down on Grains, Potatoes and Sugar... or Not Eating All Day... set yourself a time in the evening after which you do not eat.
And what about supporting and encouraging other forum members, as IndigoBlue suggested ? It would be good to build that into your weekโs plan. Maybe each time you post, you could, at the same time, give a supportive reply to two other people who have posted that day.
