Hello and welcome back to the forum 😊

For weight loss, food choices and quantities are more important than exercise. Once the weight starts to come off you will hopefully feel better and be more inclined to increase the exercise

Please have a good read of all the Pinned Posts here healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... especially the Welcome Newbies and the Security Post as I see you have left your post unlocked.

You were doing well last time, so you know what to do, and you know that nothing beats joining in with forum events and activities for motivation. Have a look at the Whats Happening Chat Thread for a full list

Well done restarting, wow that a long working day, you must be shattered by end of work.

If you can prepare ahead would be key advice, how about overnights oats, prepare head of time for breakfast lots various topping to choose. Lunch avocado and cream cheese, egg, ham sandwiches, nuts , veggie sticks and dip, salad, yoghurt and fruit. Just a few things I go for, think if you can prepare before work your less likely to grab bad choice on the go. Good luck.

Thanks guys for taking the time to reply yes honey10 I'm knackered lol I'm a carer in a dementia unit rewarding but long hard days I only get 2 half hour breaks in my shift so it's not easy keeping satisfied hunger wise I'm not to good an eater kinda fussy I've never been to good at planning ahead so always just grab things that are convenient and I find myself picking at biscuits between just to keep me going πŸ™„πŸ™„ I need to change I know this it's just at 9 at night after a long day the thought of prepping is a hard one xx
