More progress! :)

Been doing very well the past week, event hough I had a few very stressful days at work and may be jobless soon (I have a history of stress/comfort eating). I had only a few very small treats like a piece of turkish delight, a cup of cherries & some raw honey, but apart from that - no snacking :).

I'm 53,8kg today, can't wait for tomorrow's weight-in! Unfortunately, after all the eating on holiday and the ups and downs I had in my weight my body fat is now up to 20% (from 18%) but I'm confident that this will be my lifestyle from now on, so no rush. I will get there eventually :)
