A good first week!

I am happy to report, I had a good first week, losing 5.2 lbs. Now granted, I know that was no doubt water weight, but hey, I will take it!! I walked a mile on the treadmill 6 out of 7 days, stopped the binge eating and made better food choices, and drank a ton of water. Yesterday was my non treadmill day, and I only got in 4700 steps for the day, so I know I was too much of a couch potato, and will try to do better this week on my rest day to not be quite so lazy. Hoping I can keep this up!

Very well done, the first step is very important! :)

I'd suggest finding a sport/activity that you really enjoy and can do regularly longterm. This will not only help you lose weight but also improve your overall mental health and keep your motivation up.

Good luck, stay strong and focus on your goal! :)
