Just wanted to share with you my progress. I've been very mindful about what and when I eat (no snacking at all, especially in the evenings) and managed to eat significantly fewer calories last week. I didn't get to go to the gym but played volleyball for 3hrs on Sunday. And the progress is showing - finally got rid of the 1.4kg I gained on my holiday :D.
My next goal is to lose as many kgs and bodyfat as possible before my next holiday on the 15th August, wish me luck! Sticking to my meal plan and training 5 days a week should do it
So, keep going because hard work pays off!

Well done! That’s some very positive results there 👏. Are you going to be joining a Group Weigh In or any other forum activities? See the What’s Happening post for a full list healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
I eat 100 calories less than my Basal Metabolic Rate (1200kcal) as follows:
Breakfast: Quark with mashed banana and some fresh fruits/berries ~300kcal
Lunch & dinner: lean meat/hard boiled egg whites with fresh salad (sometimes with baked veggies, feta or twarog, or quark-dill-garlic dressing, no olive oil or salt) each meal is ~400kcal
I'd also have a coffee with a dash of milk and/or a small fruit in the afternoon.
I try to stay away from starchy veggies, rice, bread and sweets.
Of course there are some times when I can't eat according to this plan and have some junk food like pizza/sushi/ice-cream/cheesecake etc. However, I always try to stay in my 1200kcal range by eating a smaller amount of it, or eating less calories afterwards. For example on the weekend we had friends over and ordered pizza, but I only ate 2 thin slices and made myself a nice salad so I didn't feel hungry afterwards.
My workouts consist of strenght trainings 3x a week and cardio 2x a week from recreational volleyball. For strenght trainings I go to the gym and do leg day plus push and pull day for chest, back & arms.
Hope this helps Let me know if you have questions, I'd be more than happy to share some nice recipes or trainings.
