Hoping for a new me!

Hi, I'm new to all this as well. I've had a weight problem for a long time but over the last year I've tried to improve my eating. I've lost minimal weight as I've struggled to do exercise. Nearly back to full fitness from an unexpected back problem I'm ready to give it a go again.

Hello and welcome to the forum, Unfitcat :)

Exercise has many benefits but it's what and how we eat that makes by far the biggest difference to our weight. Think in terms of eating real food, home cooked, avoiding processed stuff - which includes anything labelled low fat or light/lite or diet as they're all heavily processed. Eat enough and eat well. Enjoy your food, try new foods and recipes - there are loads of ideas around the forum.

Why not jump straight in and join the Saturday Superstars weigh-in team, here healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... DON'T click on Write, read the opening post which explains all and then add your bit where it says Reply to nteapea. And, most important of all, take a few minutes to reply to others posting there today as the main aim is supporting each other.
